核心提示:一、不发光1、老式Q驱动器上ON、OFF、RUN三个档位选择错误,OFF为强制关断激光命令,ON为强制发光命令,正确的方式是选择RUN运行。2、板卡坏,更换板卡。板卡上Q信号电压,正常情况下,Q信号的...一、不发光1、老式Q驱动器上ON、OFF、RUN三个档位选择错误,OFF为强制关断激光命令,ON为强制发光命令,正确的方式是选择RUN运行。2、板卡坏,更换板卡。板卡上Q信号电压,正常情况下,Q信号的电压是:凯锐板卡时为低电平,即打标时为0V,不打标时为+5V;金橙子板卡打标时为高电平,即打标时为5V,不打标时为0V。3、板卡与驱动器上的信号连线开路,更换或者重新焊接好。4、光路没有调好,重新调整光路。5、氪灯坏,更换氪灯。6、电脑操作系统或电脑故障,重装系统或更换电脑。7、激光电源坏,更换激光电源。8、Q驱动器坏,更换Q驱动器。9、Q开关坏,更换Q开关。二、光弱1、打标软件CW方式没有选中,光会很弱,选取CW方式。2、Q驱动器上的M1、M2、M3档位拨错,正确的方式是选择M1。3、焦距不对,重新调整焦距。4、水温过高。5、氪灯老化,更换氪灯。6、全反或半反射镜片、聚焦镜片、振镜镜片、Q开关的镜片脏或擦花。擦干净或更换。7、腔体,全反射镜,半反射镜和扩束镜没有调好,重新调整。8、Q开关没有调好,正常情况为打标时发光,不打标时Q开关要锁住激光。可将激光电源的电流恰当调大,将倍频片放在半反射镜之前看有没有漏光。如果漏光,光会很弱,重新调整Q开关。9、激光没有打在振镜中心,或者是振镜的镜片刮花。重调光路,或更换振镜。三、连续发光1、错误的开关机顺序均可能会导致连续出光。正确的开机顺序为:总电源=>电脑=>打标软件=>冷水机=>Q驱动器=>激光电源=>等激电源上的READY灯亮后=>按RUN键启动=>振镜电源开关。关机顺序与之相反。2、老式Q驱动器上ON、OFF、RUN档位开关拨错,ON为强制发光命令,OFF为强制关断激光命令,正确的方式是选择RUN运行。3、板卡坏,更换板卡。凯锐板卡还应注意板卡上面的跳线帽:YAG50跳线帽应跳T端。(更换凯锐板卡时一定注意此问题)4、Q开关没有调好,正常情况为打标时发光,不打标时Q开关要锁住激光。6、如是凯锐软件还可能是因为打标软件问题,重新安装。7、电脑或操作系统问题。更换或重装系统。8、Q驱动器坏,更换Q驱动器。9、Q开关坏,更换Q开关(这种情况较少,一般来说Q开关坏了,Q驱动器会报警)四、振镜不动1、凯锐软件上的参数X、Y比例调整选项是为零,振镜会不动,重新调整参数。2、板卡坏,更换板卡。板卡上X、Y振镜信号的电压,正常情况是:打标时为0-5V之间变化,不打标时为0V。3、振镜信号线开路,更换。4、秦龙的振镜,驱动器上靠信号指示灯旁的跳线帽一定要拨掉,否则振镜也不会动。5、振镜故障,更换振镜。6、电脑操作系统或电脑故障,重装系统或更换电脑。五、振镜抖动和啸叫1、地线没有接好,重新接好地线。2、板卡坏,更换板卡。3、关掉激光电源,Q驱动器,用手轻轻接触振镜的镜片是否抖动或听振镜是否啸叫,如果故障排除,再逐一打开激光电源和Q驱动器,以判断是激光电源还是Q驱动器引起。4、如果是因为激光电源引起振镜抖动或啸叫,可将激光电源的高压线与其它的信号线尽可能的分开些,一般来说可将故障排除。如果故障仍然存在,更换激光电源。5、如果是因为Q驱动器引起振镜抖动或啸叫,则应该检查Q驱动器与Q开关之间的连线是否短路,该信号线短路会导致此故障。如故障仍然存在,可更换Q驱动器。6、振镜坏,更换振镜。7、电脑操作系统或电脑故障,重装系统或更换电脑。六、凯锐打标软件打开之后会自动关闭(YMDF、RF系列打标机处理方法一致,)1、加密狗没有装好,重新安装。2、加密狗的驱动没有装好,重新安装驱动。七、打标效果不好(YMDF、RF系列打标机(责任编辑:admin)
